I understand that there is a certain element of risk associated with this tour and accidents could possibly occur on this tour.

I agree to all safety rules set forth by Ice Lagoon ehf, which includes the use of safety equipment

I agree to follow orders issued by the Ice Lagoon elf guides during this tour.

I understand that my attendance on this tour is at my own risk.

I agree to inform Ice Lagoon elf about diseases or injuries that I am aware of, and medications related to any of this.

I understand that this tour may be changed, delayed or cancelled depending on the weather or other conditions on the lagoon.

By booking a tour with Ice Lagoon ehf you accept these terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation 48 hours before departure time.  If cancelled with less than 48 hours then there is no refund.   If you need to change your date or departure time then please contact us by sending email to info@www.icelagoon.com

In case of a refund then Ice Lagoon ehf will start the refund process within 14 days.
